Group Exercise

Group exercise classes are included with a YMCA membership. Join us for Boot Camp, Water Fitness, HIIT, Group Cycling, Step, Zumba, Yoga, and much more!

Pool

Members and guests are welcome to use the pool during open swim hours for lap and recreational swimming, provided the pool is not scheduled for YMCA programming, swim lessons or classes. 

Gym

Members and guests are welcome to use the gym during open hours for unstructured activity, provided that the gym is not scheduled for YMCA programming or classes.

Group Exercise – ForeverWell

ForeverWell provides fitness classes specifically designed for older adults (55+). These classes focus on cardiovascular exercise, strength training, muscle toning, and flexibility — everything older adults need to maintain health and function as they age.
