HEALTHY AGING PROGRAM
Today’s 55+ adults are more health-conscious than ever before. The Y offers opportunities to maintain a healthy lifestyle and healthy relationships. Exercise programs, both in and out of the water, pickleball, speakers, trips, and volunteer opportunities are available. Our goal is to promote well-being while fostering friendship and camaraderie.
Get together with friends and make new ones every Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. for coffee and an activity! Be sure to check the schedule and take advantage of the wellness classes as well. These classes focus on the movement and strength training older adults need to maintain health and function as they age.
Register for the following activities by stopping at the Welcome Center or calling the Y at 320-222-9622.
