Starting June 1, we will be transitioning from complimentary towel service to an optional, paid towel service add-on.
This change allows us to better manage costs, reduce waste, and ensure a consistent supply of clean towels for those who choose to use the service.
We understand this is a change from what you’re used to, and we want to be transparent as we continue making decisions that support the sustainability of the Y and the programs our community depends on.
For members who prefer the convenience, towel service will still be available as an affordable add-on, so you can skip bringing towels from home and let us take care of the laundry.
