The Board of Directors of the Kandiyohi County Area Family YMCA is pleased to announce that Missy Fike has been named Chief Executive Officer. Fike will begin her role as CEO on February 1.
Fike has successfully led the Kandiyohi County Area Family YMCA as Interim CEO since March 2025, providing steady leadership and advancing the Y’s mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
Prior to her interim appointment, Fike served as the YMCA’s Senior Director of Wellness & Outreach. She joined the Y in July 2021, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in the health and wellness field. I am excited to build on that progress, strengthen our programs and partnerships, and reestablish the Y as a vibrant community hub where everyone feels welcome and supported.”
