Take on the ultimate fitness challenge this March with the Lazyman Triathlon! Over the month, aim to complete a full triathlon—140.6 miles—in a way that fits your schedule.
- Swim 2.4 miles (154 lengths in the pool) (1 Aqua Class = 10 Laps)
- Bike 112 miles (indoor or outdoor)
- Run or walk 26.2 miles (1 Group Ex Class = 3 Miles)
Track your progress with mileage logs at the Welcome Center and push yourself to finish strong. Complete all the miles to earn a t-shirt, with top finishers winning prizes!
