How the Triathlon Works
Unlike traditional races, this indoor event is based on time rather than a fixed distance. Your goal is to go as far as you can in each segment.
- 10-Minute Swim in the indoor lap pool
- 30-Minute Bike on our high-quality stationary bikes.
- 15-Minute Run on the treadmills
All runners must select a time to complete their triathlon. Select from the heats below.
