At the Kandiyohi County Area Family YMCA, we know that motivating yourself to go to the gym is hard, especially when you have a jam-packed schedule.
However, if maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important to you, you have to work to find the time. To help, the YMCA has placed some of our favorite Group Exercise classes in time slots that you can work into your 8 to 5 workday this summer.
